Wedding Packages & Prices

All current wedding packages include two photographers and delivery of your edited digital images on a wooden USB drive that is custom printed with one of your wedding pictures. Estimated delivery of your digital image download is ten (10) to sixteen (16) weeks following your wedding date. All wedding day bookings include complimentary travel within fifty (50) miles of Madison, Wisconsin. Prices and packages are subject to change.

Classic Package — $2,300 + sales tax

  • Up to six (6) hours of wedding day coverage

  • Photography by both Sarah Donovan and an assistant photographer

  • Photographer’s time & talent, including all consultations, photography, and editing your pictures

  • USB drive of edited high resolution digital images with full printing privileges

Premium Package — $3,300 + sales tax

  • Up to eight (8) hours of wedding day coverage

  • Photography by both Sarah Donovan and an assistant photographer

  • Photographer’s time & talent, including all consultations, photography, and editing your pictures

  • USB drive of edited high resolution digital images with full printing privileges

  • Engagement Session included, up to two (2) hours

Engagement Sessions — $350 + sales tax

  • Up to one (1) hour of photography by Sarah Donovan

  • Photographer’s time & talent to photograph and edit your pictures

  • USB drive of edited high resolution images with full printing privileges

Wedding Package Add-on Options (+ sales tax for extra hours and products)

  • Additional hours of wedding day photography - $350 for one photographer, $400 for two photographers.

  • Additional USB drive copies - $45

  • 12"x12" Custom Designed Wedding Album, up to 50 spreads - $700

  • Travel beyond 50 miles from Madison, Wisconsin — begins at $200, please request a quote specific to your destination.
